  • When you exercise you build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. You could even gain a small amount until your body adjust.
  • I make an egg white omelet. When the whites are cooked I put a couple of spears of asparagus, a touch of cheese, and a little tomato on the omelet. Then I put a lid on the pan and let the heat steam the asparagus. Really good. Absolute favorite is raw.
