i looked up some high protein low carb smoothie recipes, my favorite is 6 oz almond breeze unsweetened milk. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1-2 tbsp of flax seed meal a package of artificial sweetner . a few frozen blueberries and ice. i put it in blender for about 30-45 seconds, and it comes out like a milkshake!! frozen…

hi, i try to stay under my calories, its seem like the only way i loose weight, i take a multivitamin, calcium pill and omega 3 daily. and feel great.
