THIS IS A MAIN COURSE , APPROX 500 CALORIES.

Put olive oil in a cooking pan. Warm it up until oil is hot.
Take 200 grams of chicken breast and put flour on it ( not too much)
Put the chicken on the pan and turn the chicken for 2-3 minutes untill is a bit coloured.
Get a glass of cooking white wine and some lemon juice , Pour it on the chicken and leave it cooking for 3-4 min untill makes a little cream with the flour.
Salt it and eat it.-

HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY COOKING ENGLISH. CIAO

Sounds yummy. I'm going to try that one...thanks for sharing!
  • That really sounds good. I have to try it.
  • i do the same with Black cod and sake...let the black cod marinate in the sake (in the refrigerator) for 30 mins (flip it every 10 mins) and then toss the marinade and fish into a hot skillet and when the sake is gone, the fish is usually ready (easily flakes and opaque throughout). the piece of cod is usually 4 to 6 ounces.

FYI, you don't need the flour...and add capers and garlic to make it chicken picatta...yum
