Congrats, you look fantastic! I restarted after going back to work and gaining back all I lost in 2012. I am 5'3 and started at 242 in December, as of this morning down to 195. Never had a problem touching my toes since I stayed flexible even at my heaviest, just nice to see them without completely bending over now.

Reached 220 this morning, next mini goal is to reach 210 by March 31. Figure 10 pounds in a month is doable.

I think that too many people are looking for the "quick and easy" fix. Even when you find something you enjoy, doing it is not going to make the extra pounds of fat disappear overnight or build those extra muscles immediately.
