Crab Salad 85g crab meat (flaked) 40g red grapes (quartered) 10g celery (thinly sliced) onion to taste - minced (Optional) 30g Mayo or Miracle Whip (Low Fat if you prefer) 70g bed of lettuce This comes in between 150-175 calories, still leaves room for a lunch time treat of some type if you can eat any more.

another migrating fat thread, need to get National Geographic involved, we need to find out how and why all this fat is migrating! My boobs are on my back and now I learn my husband is threaten with migrating pubic fat. What is the world coming to?

What ever makes your boat float. If you want to believe an ill fitted bra gives you back fat and over eating had nothing to do with it, that is your choice.

Not a big fan of using it as Peanut butter replacement when mixed with water. Definitely use in smoothies to add flavor without the addition of the calories in regular PB.

So many good ideas! My personal fav is overnight steel cut, real maple syrup to sweeten, Apple Pie spice and Apple chunks. ETA: to added - Small amount of vanilla protein shake (to up protein and to replace milk)
