I have been trying to see if there is anything out there for people who have had more than 1 c-section and are morbidly obese who have lost the weight ... can we get rid of that flap that hangs down ...   • Thanks guys - I haven't checked with the doc - but I think it is prob nothing. I have mild asthma so maybe that was it --- but it was pinching rather than wheezing ..... However since it would go away if I lessened the intensity it is probably muscular in origin and I will keep pushing through - thanks guys!!! Hugs - Dia

  • Whoo hoo! THAT IS AWESOME!!!! Please share - how did you do it??? I had my weigh-in today as well --- better than a gain but didn't hit my 2.5 mark I was trying to hit March 2: 328 March 9: 326.5 I did exercise 5 days this week --- and intend to continue that!
