Thank you everyone for the encouragement! I will stick with this because I AM IN CONTROL OF MY WEIGHT! My goal is 160 but I may just go all the to the recommended weight for my height with is 135! So glad I have MFP and you guys!

Just hang on and continue watching what you are eating, it will come off. Drink lots of water. Sometimes if you increase your calories it can shock your body back into losing. I usually have an significant weigh loss after I do this. You can do this, just be patient and diligent!

I am trying to up my water intake because most of the time I only drink 1-3 glasses of anything in a day. I have noticed that I get dizzy often and I contribute that to dehydration. Anyway, I pee myself to death. How long does it take to get used to drinking so much so that I am not up all nite having to pee?

I keep one outfit just for job interviews. I had an interview today and forgot that I had lost weight since the last time I had worn it. I put on the pants and they fell to the floor! I literally had to tie them up with a belt! I had the belt on the last hole and it was still too big! It was a great NSV but it sucked…

I started yesterday! After doing it, I felt very weak and shaky but I ate a boiled egg and then after resting I felt fine. I am very sore today but sucked it up and did it again. I made it thru Level 1 of 30 day Shred without stopping! My legs felt like jello and my whole body had the shakes but I did it! Even the pushups!

I made it through the Level 1 on the first day but not without some grunting and pushing myself. Its tough but set your mind to it and stick with it. I was sore for two days after doing it the first day so be careful and take it easy. Really liked the exercises tho!
