I have the same problem. I figured out another way. Go to Friends, click Requests, click the plus symbol in the top right corner, click the last option saying “email or MyFitnessPal username “ and fill that out and click check mark in upper right corner. Sometimes the plus sign isn’t there so I have to go back to main page…

I’m interested in active friends to keep me accountable. Really want to get rid of my stomach this time.

My husband just joined and I told him it would be tedious at first but after awhile you will have your main staples and recipes in there and you just click on them with the correct serving size. Also, some of our members have similar recipes they have already computed and you can use theirs if you don't want to put…

Add healthy, small portion, 100-200 calorie foods like nuts, organic dried fruits, cottage cheese, yogurt and turkey jerky. They are small portions so you don't feel l like your pigging out but they add a few calories to the mix.

Sounds like you have been given some really good ideas. I would add green tea. I have the opposite. i have low blood pressure and I had to stop drinking Tulsi holy basil green tea due to my blood pressure getting way too low...it was yummy. Not sure it caused the bout of lower blood pressure but i'm not feeling light…

My husband has HBP too so i've been shopping for lower sodium stuff for him too. I season things with salsa a lot but it took me awhile to find a low sodium salsa. Clint's salsa is super low and he loves to put it on his breakfast foods and of course tacos and burritos. I only have a few tips: Exercise and sweat, drink…

I've consistently burned 400-600 since i've been on here and it has worked for me. Firmly believe if i stuck around 2-300 i wouldn't be where i'm at. I've been at goal weight for some time now. consistently lost 1-3 pounds a week with only a few weeks of no losing. Get your heart rate up by doing jumping jacks first or in…

I plan my breakfast and lunch ahead of time. I always try to even out the protein and carbs as much as possible. I don't restrict carbs but I watch them and plan for more protein. Breakfast I usually aim for plenty of protein, some carbs and fiber. I have breakfast burritos with bits of sausage, shredded cheese and…

I love mine! I think it is a big part of my success. No more guessing

Great results!! Way to kill it girl!!

I eat daisy 2% cottage cheese it has few to no additives. For a half cup it has like 90 calories and 14 or so grams of protein. I don't eat but one half cup a day because of the sodium. I love it. Easy to add to anything and add a protein punch with few calories. Herring in a can has a lot of protein too and it comes in a…

I have made a healthy version of Mc Donald's breakfast burritos. I use either mission carb balance tortillas or La Banderita whole wheat tortillas and turkey sausage mixed with egg whites and 2 tbsp of shredded cheese. They are awesome and you can make a bunch and freeze them. The sausage I use is great value turkey…

Cottage cheese is my go to for upping my protein with not many calories. Also, herring in paprika sauce is excellent. If you like canned tuna you should like it and it has some good flavor. I have also gotten into putting boiled eggs on everything. If you go for low carb tortillas they usually have a lot of fiber which x's…

You have to make yourself workout. Make it a priority. I started back to work full time as a teacher and I'm taking a college course. I was scared to death that I would not find the time to workout. I made it a point. Sleepy or not. As soon as I walk in the door I put my running shoes and get on the treadmill. There have…

I did one of jillian's videos pretty much 6 days a week with 45 minutes or more of treadmill or elliptical following. I was tired sometimes more than others but i just did it. I lost weight consistently, 1-2 pounds a week with some weeks of no loss. I found that the foods I ate made the difference. I was not very active so…

I have....well had back issues and my back is just now earning my trust. I did a lot of the JillianMichaels videos. They built up my leg strength and my abs. I do her ab workout quite a bit and I think it really helped. The main thing I can say about it is modify. I learned the exercises that were gonna tweak my back so i…

I think you have to change the amount you want to lose in a week to change the calorie intake. I'm not a pro for sure and there may be another way. Looking to see if there is another way...

My sister in law lives there and she goes to the school track. You know exactly what your walking. Might get boring but could be a change up.

Get it in where I fit it in! I do try to get it over with early as possible though.

two pieces of toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each. Yummy and super quick!

It usually takes me a couple of days to get back to normal. I drink a lot of water and green tea and do my regular exercise routine. My body just adjusts back. I've done this several times. Not sure about 6 pounds though. Shouldn't take too long as long as you get right back to your normal healthy routine.

Tell her to wrap you a piece to go. That way you can eat it when you have extra calories or take a nibble and throw it out and tell her how wonderful it was!

Tortilla/sandwich wraps with what ever you like inside (peanut butter, veggies). They have the low carb kind with high protein and plenty of fiber. They don't really have to be heated up. Nuts of course, rice cakes to put peanut butter on,healthy protein bars, and coconut water are what I can think of at the moment. Sorry…
