Natural protein sources?

I always feel I am under my protein goals. I eat eggs almost every day (we have chickens), kefir, ice milk, and yoghurt, and a little meat almost every day. I don't eat much cheese any more as it has too many calories. My protein hovers at around 20% every week.

Any suggestions? I don't want any supplements -just food with protein. The meat I'm eating now is actually much more than I usually do.

I eat daisy 2% cottage cheese it has few to no additives. For a half cup it has like 90 calories and 14 or so grams of protein. I don't eat but one half cup a day because of the sodium. I love it. Easy to add to anything and add a protein punch with few calories. Herring in a can has a lot of protein too and it comes in a variety of flavors that you can put in a salad or on bread or basically anything.

I hadn't thought of canned fish - which I do love. Thank you. I eat kefir cheese that I make myself with roast beef most days now for lunch.
