  • i do that too! my snacks tend to either be fresh fruit/veggies, or some kind of crackers, which i try to only eat a few of because they're higher in calories... i just try to allot myself a certain amount of "snack calories", depending what else i plan on eating in actual meals that day. so, if i had a big/high-cal…
  • i'm on day 8 right now... kiiiinda worried because i plan on moving to level 2 after day 10 at level 1, and i hear each level gets a LOT harder. i feel much better by the end of the workout than i did the first few days though! good luck :)
  • i try to add in a 20 minute run about every secpnd day. you can do it right after the workout or you can space them out. i do my 30DS in the mornings and if i go for a run it's later on in the evening :)
  • i just finished my first year of nursing school! i start rotations/clinicl in the second semester of next year, and i'm a little worried about being able to fit in exercise and still eat healthy once i get really busy... how do you do it? :)

  • okay, guys - it's fine to say that YOU are not attracted to "super skinny girls", but you really shouldn't generalize and assume that no guy is attracted to someone who is built thin. some girls are naturally small, or "super skinny", and disparaging them is as bad as saying similar things about heavier girls. i realize…
  • i just did day 1 and i'm sore, but i'm already looking forward to day 4 or 5 when (i've heard) i won't find it as difficult. i used to do a lot of training like this, but haven't in about a year and a half, so i was surprised to find it difficult but i hope that goes away and i can get back into actually exercising…
  • when i feel like eating but i know my body doesn't actually need to be fed, i usually drink a glass or two of water, and find something time-consuming to do like painting my nails... by the time i've had some water and my nails are dry, the craving's usually passed :)
  • i just did day 1, level 1. what did any of you log it as in your exercise diary on mfp?? i called it "circuit training - general" but i'm not sure if that's the closest thing.
  • i'm 140 right now, i want to get down to about 125 because that's the weight i was at what felt like my healthiest :)
