Santa Fe Chicken and Rice - (the new Philadelphia creme) Cubed up the chicken - stirred in half a container (1/2 cup) of the santa fe bend of philadelphia creme. One bag of Boil in a bag rice - mix it all up - makes 8 half cup servings. It is yummy!

I'd go out and get an electric skillet that way you can cook on/in it It would be worth the price - even if you got a cheap one at walmart/target until you're stove and oven are fixed . Hope that helps! Hope your stove/oven get fixed soon!

I use 2 tablespoons of Sugar free French Vanilla coffee mate and one packet of sweet n low Calories : 30 Carbs: 3 Fat: 2 Prot:0 Sugar:1 Fiber :0 This is for two cups of coffee :) Most of the time I don't even use the sweet n low but it depends on how strong i made the coffee ;) Enjoy!

Glad I found y'all! I purchased the DVD yesterday and did Day 1 Level 1 this morning - had to modify a little, and made it to the last set before having to throw up! Took care of that and went right back to finish out the cardio, abs then cool down . What a great workout. So shameful that I've let myself go sooo very far!…

To get my water in I buy a bottle of water that is 16.9 fl oz - thats just over two "cups" of water - I drink 4-6 of those a day at work and it helps me get in my 8 "cups" a day. Anyone know if you can drink too much water?
