I have a BodyMedia Fit and it also logs steps. It seems I only reach 10,000 steps on days I do cardio, otherwise I end up short. Since the BMF calculates my calorie burn I count everything I do as exercise!

I swear by Bettern' PB Chocolate. To me, it tastes delicious! I like it a little sweeter so I add 1 tsp of agave nectar. Still if you have two tablespoons its only 100 calories, 4 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar (w/o agave). I feel like I'm eating chocolate frosting out of a can!

@Cathy Thanks! I didn't know there was a group! Awesome @Robin Its a weight lifting program consisting of squats, bench press, overhead press, barbell rows, and deadlifts. Trying to gain strength and I heard compound weights really help.

I suffered from pretty low milk supply (unrelated to weight), but if you are thinking about supplements to increase your milk supply the only thing that really worked for me was More Milk Plus by Motherlove. I noticed a difference in supply in about 1-2 days and if I didn't take the pills consistently then I knew!

@emnjjsmom Well that's good to hear about the labor part; I had a non-medicated birth, but it felt very close to death ;) (hopefully there's no non-moms reading that)! I thought I was in good shape the 1st time, but I am already way more fit now than I was about 1.5 years ago when I had my first child.
