I want to lose 10 more. I have been stuck at 195-199 for a number of months. I want to get stuck at 185-189. I'm down from 215 ish. any advise?

I think to it should help to mix it up some more, and maybe walk or get more active early in the day. I do think if you just eat mostly fruit and veggies and stay away from white rice and bread that helps too

I'm having a hard time with this one too, although I do know when I do it, I feel so proud of myself and I do enjoy that time of day. For me I think the key is going to bed around 10. I agree too, that is helps sets the metabolism, and/or gets it on the right track.

i'm not dancing but I'm pretty sure its best just to mix it up.. don't do the same thing so much. I weight train, walk, run, play squash once in a while. just keep moving it around.
