DO NOT do anything strenuous whatsoever. I've donated blood many times and they recommend taking it easy for 24 hours. An easy walk would be fine but don't do anything more than that. I always try to work out before I donate if I can help it.

I always put in the time and speed for walking and running. I use the machine estimates but they are actually lower than what MFP tells me. I am sure it varies from brand to brand so I always go with the lowest amount...just like I always overestimate for food when I don't know the exact amount. I would love to get a heart…

Hey guys...just found this thread and wanted to start checking in. I just finished up week 4 day 1 and it was definitely rough. Going from 9 minutes of running to 16 is a big jump...but I am so glad that I was able to run the entire time I was supposed to. Looking forward to day 2 now. I usually walk at 3.6 and run at 5.4…

Lol, I know you're much older than me. But I bet I was at that game! My mom has been taking me to games since I was a baby. I would have been 8-10 months old!

What year? Shutouts sound familiar! I think we won like 2 games my entire 4 years of school, lol. We're more of a basketball school these days, haha.

Nice! My brother graduated from Tiffin U. Many good times there!

I agree! I've always written down the calories but this just makes it so much easier. I love that I can search for what I eat and almost every food is already in there. I can't wait until there is an app for my Blackberry...it will be even better.

Hump Day is Wednesday because the week is half over...as in you're over the hump to the weekend.

I'm originally from the Mansfield area (Plymouth) but I currently live near Akron. I miss my hometown so much! Good luck with your weight loss! :)

I work in an office...I don't snack a lot but I do sit in a chair 7 hours a day. Not exactly a great way to burn calories! Luckily I get an hour lunch and am trying to walk for 15-20 minutes each day when the weather cooperates.
