Thanks for your pointers :-) I am going for a trial session there this evening! Hopefully it ticks the boxes and I will be running marathons and benching my bodyweight in no time ;-)

Goats cheese, doesn't pop up in everyday diet but I love a goats cheese pizza :-( for about an hour before I see it again!

I'm 5ft 9, started at 220lb, got down to 166lb at the end of last year, back at 174 now, aiming to get down to 160lb, that would feel about right i reckon, at 174 i am beginning to feel the return of the wobbly belly :-(

Hmm, I work in a place where all the roads are named after lord of the rings, so I can walk from rivendell vale to hobbiton hill in under 5 mins :-)

I agree with this one, apple stickers creep me out. I also have an all consuming hatred of yoghurt pot lids, they make me want to hurl.

I want to throw some weights around in the garage after work- gotta leave the door open (no light in garage), but the neighbours kids will stand and gawk at me :-( damn kids make me feel self concious

Last august at a LARP event, the clothing somewhat hides the blubber :smile: I have more form fitting armour for next year to show off my sexy goblin curves :huh:

It is an interesting proposal that i doubt will ever amount to anything. Has sparked a few interesting debates though. I agree that people who are overweight should take responsability for losing that weight, and that obesity causes large expenditure in the health and social care system, however they will never get away…

Im on week 4, I have found it very challenging but have really enjoyed it so far! Im regular, 167lb 5ft9, I ran 30 mins a couple of times a week before doing this, i started as kind of a dare, but also out of curiosity. Recommendations: 1- I wouldnt start it unless you can do at least 10 push ups and run for 15 mins- there…

Cardio recovery yesterday (week 2) I still find i shake a lot when doing some of the stretches- did anyone else find that and has it improved?
