30 day shred or ripped for hevier people?

any heavy (250 range) people try it? either one? Which would you recommend?

    I tried 30ds when i was 210, it played havoc with my knees.
  • i do RPM ATTACK COMBAT BODY VIVE REV WAR all full on workouts and some are HIIT workouts and i am 224

    you can moderate the moves whit whicever exercise you choose, as long as youremoving around and doin somethin for you uts goooooood! :D

    i'm 248 and i do it but...had to put a pillow under my knee's and couldn't do the womans sit ups without hurting my knee's, i just do it kneeling instead. i works for me. i done it for 30days but only at level 1. i love it, its my favourite fitness dvd, i can do it over and over again

    which one did you use? as for sit ups, im lucky if I can do a fake one haha.
