I increase portion size for my husband. I'm also going to try to start making a carb for him as well, but make enought for two or tree days at a time so he can re heat it. sometimes its hard to make a carb for only one day!

I am a huge believer in moderation. make smart choices when you can. I wouldn't eat anything you want for an entire week, but enjoy yourself!

i'm not a trainer, and i'm not sure of a positive answer for this, but from my personal experience, i burn about the same. typically i do about a four mile run on the tredmill on a flat surface around a 6.2 speed, or, I walk for a little more the 3 miles at an incline at about a 4.2 speed.

i use splenda, about a half packet. But, if i use on eof the fat free flavored creamers, I can do without any sugar. I also drink tea more often with a little bit (less than a teaspoon) of honey!

Once a started on my weight lose journey, I didn't see my extended family for a while. When i finally saw them, i was almost 40 pounds lighter. It was a such a great feeling to see their reactions! yay for some acknowledgement of all your hard work!

"Drink when you're thirsty, stop when you're not. However many cups that takes is the correct number. Simple. " This is pretty much what I go by now! I don't force myself to drink, but I tend to be thirsty!

Ok, i drink my water through out the day. Not all in one sitting. and its all I drink (besides the occasional cup of coffee/tea/sugar free hot chocolate, yum). I'm glad to hear that everyone else drinks just as much waster as me!

I eat if i'm hungry. If i'm under my calories, but full, i don't force myself to eat for the sake of eating. I don't know if that is the best plan of action, but it works for me. I just try and make sure I don't over eat when it comes to calories!

I do! I try to work out at least 4 times a week for an hour to an hour and half!

I agree, never to heavy to start running! I too used the c35k program to start my running journey. If you have a smartphone or ipod touch, you can download the app for like $2 or $3 i believe. As far as your workouts go, I would suggest adding some type of strength or weight training. It will help you burn more calories in…
