I'm an instructor and actually don't enjoy it. I find it too slow of a workout.

Let it jiggle!!! I teach Zumba and my girls are always worried about jiggling...I say let it jiggle...burns more calories :)

I'm about the same...I got down to 150 at one point and was still a 14. It varies with every person.

I've never skipped lunch. I'm not sure where you got that idea from! I must have forgot to log in that one day. Lunch is my favorite meal of the day!

On Monday's I weight in at 5:30am...on Sunday;s when I peek, it's around 10am. Nothing to eat or drink prior to that. I wake up and hop on the scale.

I'm honest all week, even on weekends, but I just get to sleep in on Sunday's so I get up later. I guess if time makes a difference, that could be it too. Thanks!
