When choosing my activity level, I'm not sure what to choose? I am a receptionist, so I sit for 8 hours a day but I also teach Zumba 5 times a week and I also go to the gym 4 times a week. So do I put sedentary, as my job is that? Thanks!

10 pounds down...now what?
So I'm happy to say I am down 10 pounds!!! I know I need to change things up, but I'm not sure how. Suggestions? What do I change in my food/eating habits? I've added new workouts as well. Thanks!

Weighing in Question:
I normally weigh in on Monday's, but I peek at the scale on Sunday's because I'm so anxious. I always have a loss on Sunday but then when I weigh in Monday morning, it either hasn't move...or this morning went up! Ugh!! How frustrating!!!!!!! Any idea why this is? When inputting my food an exercise, at the end of the day I'm in minus for protein and still have well over 1000 calories remaining. Should I be eating more but less protein?
