10 pounds down...now what?

So I'm happy to say I am down 10 pounds!!!

I know I need to change things up, but I'm not sure how.

Suggestions?

What do I change in my food/eating habits?
I've added new workouts as well.

    Judging from your diary, you are doing a great job. I would just continue to crank up protein and limit carbs while doing your workouts.

    Keep going, going and going. To m, all diets and workouts...work....its a matter of sticking with them and adjusting when youve mastered. It isnt the diet or workout, its the cumulation, day after day after day!

    You can do this, you're off to a great start!
