When choosing my activity level, I'm not sure what to choose?
I am a receptionist, so I sit for 8 hours a day but I also teach Zumba 5 times a week and I also go to the gym 4 times a week.
So do I put sedentary, as my job is that?
Thanks!

yeah I'd leave it at sedentary, that way you don't have to worry about accidentally "over-estimating" just how many calories you burn in a regular day without working out, etc.0

I'd leave it at sedentary because that's what your activity level is for the majority of your day. You can then log the Zumba class as a workout0

Go with "Very Active".0

I vote for sedentary and log the exercise as a workout. That's what I do.0

Sedentary with the other activities logged as work outs.0
