Activity Level?

When choosing my activity level, I'm not sure what to choose?

I am a receptionist, so I sit for 8 hours a day but I also teach Zumba 5 times a week and I also go to the gym 4 times a week.

So do I put sedentary, as my job is that?

Thanks!

yeah I'd leave it at sedentary, that way you don't have to worry about accidentally "over-estimating" just how many calories you burn in a regular day without working out, etc.
  • I'd leave it at sedentary because that's what your activity level is for the majority of your day. You can then log the Zumba class as a workout :)

I vote for sedentary and log the exercise as a workout. That's what I do.

Sedentary with the other activities logged as work outs.
