Keep on trucking on. You can do it! Also, after reading and reading and reading about Insanity results a lot of people say that months 2 is the golden month! You can do it!

I am following the nutrition plan although it tells me that I need to eat 1900 calories and that feels like it is WAY too much so I have decoded on a happy medium of 1600 to 1700. Hopefully it will work. Today is day 9 for me. Last night was pure cardio. Kicked my butt oh so good. lol Keep on Truckin!!!!

What did you do? I am literally the same shape and size at about 176 lbs post 5 month old baby! I just started Insanity (on day 9). How long did it take for you to reach 135? Sorry for all of the questions. lol

Did you take before and after pictures and measurements? A lot of people have posted that they see more inches lost than actual pounds. I am only on day 9 so I am kind of useless at this point. lol

I started last Monday. Are you following the nutrition plan? I sweat between the workouts and nutrition plan I have so much more energy now. How about a chocolate or strawberry protein shake? Get one that is lower on the sugar end but tastes like you are cheating!

I followed their nutritional guide but not the shakes. I did buy a shake that I wanted because it had great vitamins and protein but it was about 1/3 of the cost and everything else I just did the foods because I prefer to know what I should eat at certain times of the days. Plus I just used the pdf online so it is nice…

Wow day 43! I can only dream of the day! lol Have you followed the nutrition plans? Do you mind me asking you about the progress you have made and if it is a noticeable difference? I have a 4 month old and just started this 3 days ago and am determined to lose 42 lbs and be energized and toned again!

I am on day 3 of insanity...my goal...to stick with it for the full 60 days and that includes following the nutritional plan. I would like to lose a total of 42 lbs for my energy, sanity and mirror! lol

Do you have before and after pictures? I am so interested in those. I am on day 3 and I am solely following the nutritional diet that comes with it. It's not bad because it's like a restaurant menu and you choose what you want from each meal time of the day.

I am 5'5 166lbs. I work full time, go to school full time and am a wife and a mommy to a 2 year old girl. I can be your twin, although I am new to the community section of mfp. You might guide me more than I will guide you. lol
