  • I am following the nutrition plan although it tells me that I need to eat 1900 calories and that feels like it is WAY too much so I have decoded on a happy medium of 1600 to 1700. Hopefully it will work. Today is day 9 for me. Last night was pure cardio. Kicked my butt oh so good. lol Keep on Truckin!!!!

I did buy a shake that I wanted because it had great vitamins and protein but it was about 1/3 of the cost and everything else I just did the foods because I prefer to know what I should eat at certain times of the days.   • Wow day 43! I can only dream of the day! lol Have you followed the nutrition plans? Do you mind me asking you about the progress you have made and if it is a noticeable difference? I have a 4 month old and just started this 3 days ago and am determined to lose 42 lbs and be energized and toned again!
  • I am on day 3 of insanity...my goal...to stick with it for the full 60 days and that includes following the nutritional plan. I would like to lose a total of 42 lbs for my energy, sanity and mirror! lol
  • Do you have before and after pictures? I am so interested in those. I am on day 3 and I am solely following the nutritional diet that comes with it. It's not bad because it's like a restaurant menu and you choose what you want from each meal time of the day.
