They have changed. Sadly. I have gained about 2 inches in my waist and some in my thighs/hips, as well. Argh.

Thanks, all! It is quite possible that I am, in fact, simply taking in more calories than I realize (due to eating out). However, that doesn't account for the change in recent months. I have ALWAYS indulged in eating out, so why would it suddenly be catching up with me now...? Like I said, my eating habits haven't changed…

I'm 5'3" and have a "progress" tummy photo as my profile pic. I have a long way to go (want to be flatter from the side and more defined from the front), but I'm slowly... slowly... getting there!

Thanks, guys. I still wish I saw more results after all of that, haha. Looking at the above photo is just really disappointing. But ah well, at least my endurance and strength have improved!

Well, my calorie goal on MFP is to lose 1 pound per week, but I tend to eat a bit over my calorie limit... Oops. I don't think it is far enough over to warrant my lack of results, however. Would it help if I posted a picture?

I've already lost 1 inch from my waist since the "after" photos! On day 9 of the shred :)

Just finished day 5 of level one. I don't feel nearly as winded as I did initially (I was so out of shape... oops), but I still feel rather sore. The first strength segment is the hardest for me, I think. How is everyone else doing? :)

24 years old. 5'3" Highest weight: 135 (2 years ago) Current weight: Between 110-115 (fluctuates a lot) Goal weight: 105ish I try to eat around 1250 calories a day, but usually end up going over that by around 300 calories :( Am just now starting Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred.
