I don't drink hardly any alcohol so I don't think about that. But before we go out for dinner I got to the website of the restaurant we are going to and I look at the nutirional value and choose what I am going to eat before we get there. That way I know the calories, fat, carbs etc.

Just started my first day today. I did it without weights, the best idea I've had yet. Last time I did this workout I started with weights and I was WAY to sore for too long. I feel great not doing it with the weights. I am going to do level one for 10 days without weights and then add the weights for 10 days and move on…

You can change your goals to maintain your weight. Under the my home tap click on goals (if I remember correctly). The top will show your weight/height but on the bottom there is a drop down menu and you can change the option to maintain your weight. Hope this helps. and CONGRATULATIONS on getting to your goal!

I completely agree with this. I usually have about 200-300 calories under my goal for the day. I generally take in about 1100 and my goal is 1400. That is logged calories, but if I think about the m&m I pop in my mouth when I give my son his snack or the lick of his ice cream cone to keep it from dripping I am probably…
