Keep at it. You *kitten* will adjust. If not get a different seat. I went through 3 seats on my road bike before I actually found on that felt good on my butt. I am dreading getting started because I know my *kitten* will hurt till I get it broken in for the season. :laugh:

Just did day 1. My arms feel like JELL-O. I have been running for 3 weeks and intermittently doing situps and pushups. I won't be able to do consecutive days, but have high hopes for the resuls I will see. Keeping up with the running though. The endorphins are great! :happy:

Just to keep up your motivation, I'd buy myself an inexpensive outfit or 2 for the interim. Getting into a smaller size even if only 1 size smaller has a way of being very motivating. I lost 9 lbs and bought myself a new work out outift. It made me feel way thinner than I am and got my butt off the couch and onto the road…

I struggle with this myself. I run or cycle for cardio exercise. At first I dread doing it, I force myself to and eventually the good feelings I have when I get finished keep me on track. Make it a routine habit.
