Great question.... Go try on stuff maybe not buy just know that they fit....in a regular store and then well... I live in Flordia so the beach it is!!! I will probably faint :) Treat my self to a spa day with all the bells and whisles

I can imagine... wow great excercise. Even with my 300-400 calorie work outs I am stressed to get enough calories in as the old high calorie dishes are making me feel horrible. But I think you are doing well at putting the calories back. 6 meals an extra protein bar snack you should be doing okay. I give myself a morning…

Funny enough I needed some premade shakes for the 5 minutes I have been my fulltime job and the nights I have my parttime job.... GNC Lean Protien Shakes... Swiss Chocolate and Vanilla Bean...made of yum!!!! 170 calories I have used Apex powder and it is terrific!

I am in to be down.... 10lbs that is great month by month goals are better than the big picture right now...little steps when you have over 100lbs to loose. I can do it and hey that would put me at 22lbs lost if not more :) Sooooo... raises hand memememe!!! :)
