Quit whining and feeling sorry for yourself. It's pathetic. Excuses are for the weak. Own your decisions and start making better ones. Can't use the pool - boo hoo! Like that's the only form of exercise? p.s. I know I came across as a bit harsh, but sometimes we all need a good kick in the *kitten*.

Also, you have to listen to your body. My daily goal is NET 1800 calories, but if I genuinely feel hungry, I eat something. Your body knows what it needs.

I thought mine was rather low as well. Go by your BMR and Harris Benedict formula. It makes more sense. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
