  • I was using running shoes for the first three weeks since then I have switched to trainers and my legs and feet are much more comfortable and less fatigued , I found myself going harder during the workout because i felt more stable hence more confident.. it does make a big difference.. btw I bought RAWLINGS ‘CHANCE’…

  • Thanks man your right,.. I notice my body is different,and changing, although I had fast weight loss the first two weeks it seem to have slowed down to a stop and then fluctuates up and down..
  • Ive had a Rebox HRM for years now, more than 5, changed the batteries a couple of times,.. .. found it for around $40 on ebay...very durable, Im very hard on gear, I have used mine for Muay Thai ,where it was broken but i just super glued the strap back to the chest sensor.. works fine.. boxing, Insanity, cycling, syncs…
  • I do it the same way but different :) I think?? MFP says I get to eat around 1600cals to lose 1lb per week or so..after I do insanity I usually earn another 600-800 cal from the workout. so my totals for the day are right around.. 2100-2400 cals or so.. down 14 lbs since I started .. today is week three Fit test for me..…

  • I had the same question my HRM showed 600- 750 calories burned in a workout.. I use it and am still dropping the weight granted its only been one week.
