I log everything on MFP with the exact times and let Fitbit do its adjustments. My goal on Fitbit is 10,000 Steps a day, so often, I don't see lots of smiley face goal achievements on Fitbit until after that goal has been reached. I weigh myself every day, but wish I did not. It makes me very grumpy if I have gained a pound, or three, especially if I've been exercising a lot and being "careful".
