In for the pics....:laugh: But seriously, I use a tinted gel on mine but that's because I have a scar on my left brow that makes the brow there grow wonky, and I had a stylist wax off half the one on the right....:grumble: I try to make them look as natural as possible though.

I bought a couple wrist bands at the local TJ Maxx, they have a zipper pocket in them for keys, money, etc. I had an extra house key made and keep it in it. Works perfect!

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. When sleep deprived, I go way over my calories b/c I constantly feel hungry, crave sugary and carb loaded foods, and have zero will power when it comes to food choices. I find it much easier to pass on those foods when I'm well rested. Good luck to you :flowerforyou:

I was just curious how you measured that. I started lifting heavy 7 weeks ago and a few weeks ago I bougt a smart scale. I haven't lost weight, but my % of body fat has gone down 3%....according to the scale. I just don't know whether or not to trust the scale so I was curious how you measured something like that. Just curious myself......when you say you gained almost 3lbs of muscle in 8 weeks, how do you measure that? It sounds so precise, but how do you know it's muscle vs fat vs water etc...and how do you know exactly how much was gained?
