How my doctor walked in after not seeing me for 6 months, apologized, stepping out, stepped back in, and saying that he had to look at the name on the folder again because he thought he walked into the wrong room..he didn't recognize me!

I am an emergency dispatcher with the police. I have talked to lots of abused women who stay in a relationship with someone who is verbally and physically abusive for different reasons, the kids, wanting to 'work it out'.... My advice to you....it may be hard...but leave...a lot of abusers will escalate in their violence.…

Mcdonalds chicken nuggets and fries......they were bland, tasteless, and the fries were soggy...ugh,,, That'll teach me to not forget my lunch at home.. If you're looking for good frozen pizza for low cals, try the Mccain's UltraThin Crust ones...the spinach and provolone is great and only 300 cals for 1/2 the pizza!

Lets face it, DisneyWorld and Disneyland are those places where a diet or WOE is a LOT harder... But...it's also a vacation, and not something that will completely derail you permanently from your weight loss... I personally recommend the smoked turkey legs...nom nom... You will be doing a lot of walking as well...if you…

I work a 4 day on/4 day off schedule, Over my 4 days off, whenever my wife and I make supper, we always try to make enough to put 4 lunches in the freezer for days on. That way it's just a quick grab out of the freezer before heading to work.

Not to me, but to my wife...but she answered it perfectly! A woman at our church came up to her, touched her tummy and said...Oh...I didn't know you were expecting! My wife, without a bat of her eyes, answered right back...I'm not. I'm just fat, but thanks for pointing it out!.. I had to turn around and slap my hands over…

There is a cardio option for 'Carrying 15 lb infant....maybe 'Hiking, climbing hills with 20 lb load' Don't have a heart rate monitor...but by the time I finish the hill in the neighborhood I can feel my heart pounding....and have a 15 min walk after that...

The first time I used my stand mixer and let it go with the bread hook for 4 or 5 minutes...turned out light and soft.. the second time I just did it by hand in a bowl, and then it turned out tough..so I'm thinking the mixer is the way to go with this recipe..maybe it incorporates more air into the dough... As for the…

I just made another batch of this, but didn't feel like hauling out my mixer, so I did it by hand...they turned quite heavy and tough...I'm wondering if using the mixer incorporates more air into the mixture while it is running... no loss though...sliced them thin...baked them again for a few minutes to make thin bread…

I've also found out that if you just make twelve buns, they are the perfect size for a large burger!! At 88 Calories for the bun...even if you have one of those 300 calorie patty's that you can usually buy at Walmart/Superstore, it's still reasonable calorie-wise...even with all the trimmings!

I'm guessing it could be left out...since there is no yeast to feed off the sugar... I've made this with silouette flavoured yogurts as well...two pineapple, 1 mango, just the 35 calorie size...very delicious!
