I’ve never seen anyone laugh at someone trying to better themselves at a gym. I used to have the same worries but it faded away after the first week going because I was treated awesomely by everyone :smiley:

If I'm trying to lose weight, I'm hopping on the elliptical right away and staying on it the whole 30 minutes. I go hard as I can on a very high resistance level.

I'm 22. I've lost around 160 lbs, and have about 25 lbs to my ultimate goal.

Height: 6'2" Age/Gender: 22/M Highest weight- 375+ lbs Current Weight- 219 lbs Current body fat - ??% Lowest weight- 219 lbs Goal weight- 200 lbs, possibly 185 once I get down to 200.

I snack on string cheese, cheddar cheese blocks, pepperoni, slim jims, venison jerky/beef jerky, broccoli and cheese, and sometimes raw broccoli
