    Great transformation. A goal weight of 175 may not be practical though for your height and weight training. I am 6'3" and weigh 226.4... If I were to go down to a comparable 185 or so, I would have to lose a significant amount of lean body mass. I highly recommend guaging your progress with body fat percentage... Aim maybe for about 10-15% Body fat. Best wishes on attaining your goals.
