I'm new to the group as well. All I have done so far is get a referral letter from my Dr. I don't even have insurance yet and haven't even booked my first appt with the clinic. I have done that in the past. I know everything I should be doing but food addiction is hard and no matter how much I try to control it in the end the food wins :( It's so hard.

I started around 115kg, I couldn't notice any weight loss at all. My partner kept saying he could notice it in my face and around my belly but I couldn't see it until I looked at photos of myself when I was around 103kg and I could see the difference in my face.

What ? Isn't this true? I have read this before and been told this by so many people, I honestly thought it was true. I heard for every coffee, tea, fizzy drink you should have 2 cups of water to balance it out.

Well done, 25lb is a great loss. Don't give up !! It's very frustrating but remember you didn't put the weight on over night and you won't lose it overnight either.
