This as a blanket statement isn't true, but charred food contains carcinogens which have been linked to cancer.0 -

What ? Isn't this true? I have read this before and been told this by so many people, I honestly thought it was true. I heard for every coffee, tea, fizzy drink you should have 2 cups of water to balance it out.0 -
That if you put a cookie in your yogurt the calories will leak out Actually that's my own myth. How about...raw milk is "healthier" than pasteurized milk because of the "enzymes"?0

Eating any amount of food will get you to a healthy weight IF it is the CORRECT types of food. i.e. clean or healthy or organic, etc.0
