Definitely don't worry about that external pressure. I'm 28 years old now, and I thought I was ready years ago. It's amazing how we grow and mature. No reason to rush into anything with anyone. Focus on yourself and making yourself happy and the other things will happen when they are meant to.

the first time i did it, i thought i would start with 5's... way to heavy to keep this up for the entire program, so I did it a few times with no weights at all. Then slowly started adding in the 5's. The 5's are good for me, but for the the fly's i think i could probably up to at least 8 maybe 10. I would say start low…

I usually go for the white cheddar popcorn or pretzels.. .and occassionally the little package of oreos to go! i have a weakness for oreos! It is important to put something back in your body after donating and like you said if you are that concerned over what they offer, bring your own after donation snack next time.

I just joined the gym at my work and have been going everyday on break / over lunch. It helps me stay motivated to work out. by the end of the day im spent and dont have much motivation to get out to the gym. Took me 2 years to finally join, but im glad i did!

String Cheese is the best you will find from any grocery store. Also love the prepackaged guacamole. When in a time crunch, this is the best tasting prepared guac you will find. I used to work there as an assistant buyer, a lot of great quality stuff!

The puppy has ripped apart one pair, I don't leave them out anymore. Now he eats my bf's boxers and socks. mostly socks. he loves them and can sort through a pile of clothes till he finds one.

Im 5'6 and currently around 140 within the healthy weight range for my height. Still have some areas that I need to focus on though, goal weight is 130, haven't been there since early high school years.

I think I was around 140-145 when I graduated. Very fit though. Now, I'm not as fit as I was then, but working on it - Goal weight is 130.
