Keep a pair of sock at work or a work out mat. Try doing crunches on the floor. Jumpin jacks if the bathroom is small. But i would just stick with squats.

Try brushing your teeth when u feel this way. It helps me a lot. Because I dont want to put anything in my mouth with that mint taste.

Wow I thought I was the only person that felt like this. Weekends are really bad for me because after cleaning and preparing for the week ahead, I have nothing esle to do so I just eat whatever. But I log it all and it really helps. I hope I can make my weekends just as good as my weekdays in the near future.

When u go over ur calories its best to just workout. It adds more calories that u dont have to eat back. But I would just eat my normal calories but just good healthy foods. Trust me we all have these days. It might be the first, but it wont be the last. But just get back on track.
