Full tub (2 litres) of Ice cream, followed by a big bottle of coke, followed by large bag of pop corn and crisps...,Ex binge eater...I stay away from all that stuff, I never ever counted how many calories I actually consumed0
-
Mcdonalds. Wendy's salads (no joke you might as well eat a cheeseburger there), cadbury creme eggs, double doozie cookies, pizza (still eat it sometimes). I love sweets! oh DQ blizzards.
I might be diabetic one day, I love sugar waaayyyyyy tooo much0 -
I Love the meat lovers supreme from RT. I can eat a large by myself and a quart of Ben and J's.
:0 -
Cold Stone Creamery Mud Pie Mojo! I love it but the "Like It" size is still 800 calories!0
-
Chicagos special calzone 9 inch folded pizza with donner meat, chicken tikka, fries, garlic mayo and LOADS of cheese - at least 1600 calories, I have had 2 of these while on this journey, it may happen again, so disgustingly good ( and yes I realise how much cr*p is in that) :flowerforyou: :drinker:0

I found out the same thing about Wendy's!! ridiculous!!0 -
Peanut butter and Honey on toast, but all food is a failing of mine, after a 2 week holiday in Tenerife, shock horror I gained a 17 pounds !!!0
-

Only people from Buffalo will be able to relate to this, but I used to eat Jim's Steakout twice a day. Chicken finger subs, stingers, or steak subs. I lived on their block. =\0
-
A whole box of oreos...accompanied by a box of cereal with a half gallon of milk.
Can't say I've made too many life changes, because I totally ate a whole box of cereal for dinner two nights ago.
Doesn't mean I don't cringe at the thought still.0 -
I don't know how many times I would sit down to an entire box of Heinz Poppers (the cream cheese ones), with the regular Kraft Ranch sauce for dipping. I would follow that up with half a large bag of regular Lays and Half a large tub of Helluvagood onion dip. I did, however, wash that all down with a diet coke!
The one box of poppers is well over 2000 calories...and this was all an evening snack!!0 -
Going out to eat and getting burgers fries apps etc -- obvioulsy was horrible.
But I could take down a footlong spicy italian with pepperjack cheese & southwest sauce from subway with chips, cookie and pop.
Grand total:
1,740 calories and 103 grams of fat and 3,850mg of sodium.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!
Moral of the story. Subway CAN be somewhat healthy. But with very select items. 6 inch ones. With no cheese. Or Mayo. But the bread is still jacked with sodium... yikes!
Um I don't usually even ate that many calories in a day now. Not to mention my total daily meals don't add up to that kind of fat/sodium.0 -
chinese foods. 3-4 days a week for a few months.
and snacks (snickers, m&ms, kit kat, etc etc).0 -
Just looked up my favorite breakfast at Perkins---1760 calories. Ham and Cheese omelet, hashbrowns, pancakes and a REAL coke. Yummy, but so not worth it. Or Hardee's Frisco burger with fries and a coke--1520 calories. I'm sure there were many, many others.0
-
Celery.
No more, I say!0 -
footlong chili cheese coney from sonic and tator tots that I would dip in the chili and a large coke.
or dipping my roll in my cream gravy that is on top of my mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak.0 -

That sounds yummy. lol0 -
I haven't had an oreo since I nearly polished off a bag of them without noticing in 2004.
I miss them so much, Sigh....0 -
It truly is amazing how fast calories add up and you really realize it when you start keeping track! The worst for me was any fast food! I am a fast food junkie but am working very hard at cutting it out of my diet all together!0
-
a whole carton of cottage cheese and a whole package of pepperoni as a meal0
-
buffalo chicken fingers and french fries with bleu cheese and a soda. This meal is my absolute fave and I let myself eat it once in a while and I get the kids portions now, and no soda or sweet at all anymore. Deprivation is awful, so I have to eat it every now and then.0

Peanut butter and Honey on toast,0

back when i was working at a rest home, (understaffed or course) and i, myself, was overstressed, would leave on my shortass lunch break and pick up -a frapaccino or energy drink, one or 2 maple glazed donuts, and a slice of 2 of bacon or veggie breakfast pizza. soooooo greasy. bt the only thing that could keep me going throughout the day...0
-
Chinese buffet. I can make 5000 calories fit on one plate with a little creativity and some ingenuity.0 -
Mountain Dew!!! About a 2 liter a day, plus chips, of all flavors and colors, my favorites were cheese puffs and Munchos!0
-
Nothing. I eat everything and anything, just less of it OR I make room for it.0
