it's 100 calories per 4 oz serving! they are actually pretty good! i think i would have liked it better if i would have chilled it in a shaker and then poured over ice. put some salt on the rim and add a couple limes and you're good to go. they are actually more refreshing than a typical margarita. a lot lighter!

so.... i just looked at my previous weigh ins, and i got to my goal weight fairly quickly the last time i was dieting. after seeing that, i CAN do this! that just excited me! by next month i'll be back to my goal weight! i can do this! i have once before, i can again!

i feel like i do best when i take a trip to the grocery store and prepare myself! when i don't have healthy foods available right at the moment, it's too easy to grab "convenience" foods!

i do love my boyfriend, but honestly, sometimes i think he would like me to have a complex because of his own securities. like when he calls sometimes and i answer, "hey handsome! :)" and he replies, "hey fatty!" sometimes i'm like, seriously, why does he do that? i just don't get it!

i went to the gym yesterday and burned about 700 calories, and cut 200 out of my daily intake yesterday, so i took care of 900 calories yesterday. and i had a deficit built up for the week already, so i should be alright. i would have just been further ahead by now if that wouldn't have happened!

you may be right... i have read that if you do this every ONCE in a while, it can sometimes boost your metabolism because it's not used to having to process that many calories. this could be totally wrong, but i believe i have read this before. and this is something i rarely do...

i know! live with my family, and usually i can do really good resisting by making sure that i have healthy options in the house... but, i didn't last night... any advice on shaving off that 1600 calories this week? extra exercise? cutting more calories the rest of the week?
