belly bloat

i have a couple of pounds that i want to shed this week, i believe some of this is excess water and belly bloat. any advice on foods that i need to add or cut out of my diet to reduce the bloat? i'm definitely going to try to cut processed foods out of my diet...

    You could also try keeping sodium levels low & drinking unsweetened rosehip tea which helps with water retention.

    watch your sodium and sugar intake...if you're logging food, you can track this. increase your water to more than usual. get plenty of sleep.
