T25 is a good program, the workouts are all 25 minutes + 2-3 minutes stretch and cooldown at the end. The Alpha phase focus on building your core without using any weights, all exercices are body weight only, while the Beta phase adds resistance training and the moves in the workouts are a little more complex than the…

The pace in the Body Beast workouts is so fast that you will be sweating and you will feel the pump from every workouts. I love that program, the workout are pretty short and Sagi is a great motivator and really explains the exercices well.

First, you should get rid of the Vitamin C tab in your diary and track Fat. I would also change your macros, you are not getting enough protein. Adjust your macros for 40% Protein / 30% Carbs / 30% Fat Would it be possible to know your age, weight and height??

If it is fine cause these workouts don't focus on 1 muscle only but are more total body workout. In Rip't Circuit you are working out every muscle in the same workout, your core, abs, shoulder, legs, arms, chest, back. You are not isulating any muscle so it is fine to do them one day after the other.

Unless you are very active, like having a every day job where you are always up and walking and working hard physically, i would use the moderately active factor so that would put you at 2600 calories per day to maintain weight. Now what is your goal? Do you still need to lose weight? If yes you should run a calorie…

Just do the workout you skipped yesterday and continue until you are back to the schedule.

If you never trained before, it wont do you any harm, it will make you gain some light muscle mass and burn some fat at the same time. Sure you wont gain huge muscle mass with T25 as this is not a program with muscle hypertrophy exercices but it wont make you skinny. To gain some muscle mass, just don't run a calorie…

Yes, if your nutrition is correct, you will lose 1-2 pounds per week. You might have to do more than 90 days to get there but it is a great well balance program.

T25 is not as extreme as Insanity. If you want shorter workouts go with T25 but if you love Shaun T style and want another choice, you might wanna check Asylum and Asylum 2. Nutrition is 80% of the results so choose a workout that you will love doing every day.

Yes ! I usually log standing along with digesting food, sleeping, dressing up and brushing my teeth. Just kidding !! Seriously don't log standing.

Body beast cause i just like lifting weights. My favorite dvd in the program? Build Chest/triceps. After those workouts, your muscles are really pump they really get your heart rate up.

Gamma is even better than Beta. Loved the Gamma workouts, you really feel the pump after them even with light weights.
-
You can find a lot of free lifting programs at Bodybuilding.com Since you don't have any equipment at home, you will have to do your program at the gym. You could do your workout at home by doing bodyweight exercices like push-ups, plank, pull-ups, bodyweight squat, etc...I would be worry though about doing pull-ups with a…

2400 calories per day, Macros 40/40/20. Daily Calorie deficit 300-400. I basically used the Insanity macros and a light calories deficit as i didn't have a lot of fat to lose and i wanted to keep the maximum of my muscle mass.
