Yesterday was pure cardio day for insanity and i didn't do it cause i had really bad acid reflux and i would nearly spit up(tmi) but now I'm feeling guilty. Today I'm much better. So should i do pure cardio or skip to the next one and continue? Or be a day off?

I'd suggest either picking up where you left off, or do the workout schedule for today, and tack the missed workout to the end of the program.

Just do the workout you skipped yesterday and continue until you are back to the schedule.0

Eh, I've done both. One time, I just did double workouts and tacked it onto the next day along with that day's workout. Another time, I just skipped, and continued with the schedule. One day won't kill you. Just don't make a habit of it, because once you skip one, it gets easier to skip more…I've found. I'm halfway thru my second round. FInished round #1 last spring0
