Question about Focus T25

I am in the 2nd week of Beta and I noticed that I am supposed to do RIIP'T CIRCUIT on Wednesday, Upper Focus on Thursday, and then RIP'T CIRCUIT again on Friday. I was always told that you don't work the same body part every day, but that would be strength training for my arms 3 days in a row. Is this ok to do? Anyone else complete the Beta round? I did those workouts last week and I was sore the next day so I can't imagine doing them 3 days in a row!

    If it is fine cause these workouts don't focus on 1 muscle only but are more total body workout. In Rip't Circuit you are working out every muscle in the same workout, your core, abs, shoulder, legs, arms, chest, back. You are not isulating any muscle so it is fine to do them one day after the other.
