As far as I understood, you can buy popcorn, organic in the bag, and make it in an air popper. You can drizzel a little olive oil and some nutritional yeast or maybe onion powder on it.

What sort of things exactly is the dog doing? You can try the NILF method (nothing in life is free). Basically, he sits before he eats, doesn't run past you in door ways, does not get on your furniture etc. This helps maintain you as the alpha, not the dog. Fast food, ...burgers and fries... my favorite. I have found replacements for other things, or just have them once every 3 weeks ...that is what I do with the fries n' burger ... or try anyway.

It would be hard to get as much protein out of a pbj, glass of milk, or cottage cheese that you can get from a protein shake. I don't love them, but I do drink them after exercising for the most amount of protein.

I don't know about smoking and running if it will improve your time, but it will improve your chances of not getting lung cancer. I know everyone says eat your exercise calories, but that did not work for me. I followed that for nearly 3 months and lost 0 lbs. I did turbo fire hiit today the 12 minute segment and burned 190 cals, then + a few more with the stretch in 10 section. That is the first time I have done it with an HRM though, and apparently you continue to burn after the workout.

You look awesome! That looks a lot like the south beach style diet I did at the beginning of this year. I believe whole grain foods are allowed on that though, and dairy, so I guess that would be the difference. I might have to try this for a few weeks, I love carbs, and sweets it would be hard!!
