HRM in way of situps
I have sort of a dumb question? Can a HRM be worn backwards and still be accurate? My instructions say to wear with the transmitter in the back, but when I'm doing situps or Pilates this causes a problem. I have a polar FT7.

Are these two things normal in exercise?
So today, I did a HIIT exercise (Turbo Fire 12 minutes). My lungs were on fire after the workout, which didn't really bother me much, but I coughed for a few hours after I did the workout. Is this a good rotation?
I read something earlier about strength training, and I am wondering if Jillian Micheal's shred counts as weight training? I do Zumba 3 to 4 times a week, and Jillian Shred or Trouble Zones, or some sort of circuit training 2 times a week. Once in awhile I do Brazilian butt lift sculpt. Does that sound balanced enough?

Protein shake that tastes good?
Is there a good brand out there that doesn't cost too much that tastes good? Right now I am using Kroger chocolate, it has a lot of protein, like 25 grams I think, but is gritty and usually doesn't mix well. I'm not losing, very aggitated
I am very mad! I have logged in and tracked food for almost a month now, no cheating and not going over much at all, and have just maintained being 151/152 which is where I started.
