Is this a good rotation?

I read something earlier about strength training, and I am wondering if Jillian Micheal's shred counts as weight training?

I do Zumba 3 to 4 times a week, and Jillian Shred or Trouble Zones, or some sort of circuit training 2 times a week. Once in awhile I do Brazilian butt lift sculpt.

Does that sound balanced enough?

    OH yeah, that is good.
    I am mixing it up like that too. I do ripped, Zumba, pilates, bowflex, running, and i got the 6 week 6 pack that i want to add in there.

    I would count it i did it and you use the weights i used 5lb so i built my arms up a bit, I got so nice definition now.

    I'm using 3 lb weights on the JM videos, but I am just starting out and a weakling lol.

    I only take one rest day, usually Sunday ...
