Well done,there's a big difference from your 1st pic to the last,great seeing the results of your hard work i bet. Ive heard that if you lose small amounts of weight slowly then you're more likely to keep it off.

good job! keep it up. I, like you, lose a little (compared to others I've read). I'm two pounds/month. I have the type of physique where i lose 5lbs it feels like 10 and my clothes fit funny. I'm -20 w/ about 20 more to go. Anyways, good job and keep it up.
