Started using mfp at the start of the year. Initially had good progress but lost focus for a few months and put some weight back on but have now come back and am re-energized to reach my goal. trying to lose another 30lbs but its going very slowly at the moment. Only losing about 3lbs a months but whatever. I'll just keep plugging away.

    Thanks everyone.

    I'll still log my food even if I stop losing weight. Its scary how the weight can keep back on without you noticing and avoiding the scale helps nobody.
