Currently I do HiiT 2.5 miles on the stationary bike, HiiT 1.5-2 miles on the elliptical, 75 shoulder presses with 30 lbs each, a 30 mins ab workout, and 50 reps on the hip abduction machine at 70 lbs. Awesome ideas guys! For those who lift, is this with dumbells and the like? In my gym, we only have the machines (shoulder press, lateral pulldown, etc)

How much do you lift? The only weights I've been doing (I don't even know if these count) are the shoulder press machines (30 lbs) and the hip abduction (60/70 lbs)

Stay working out, don't snack too much...just be aware of your portions and don't eat pizza and french fries every single day!! Stay active..these are the things I have to keep in mind too, since I'm a direct result of the freshman 15..lol.

My mom keeps telling me I need to give the clothes I can't fit to Goodwill..and that pisses me off cause it's a LOT OF CLOTHES. So I want to fit into all of them again!!!! And this flab on my arms is disgusting. And I've gained weight too fast and have the top half of my arm covered in stretch marks to prove it.

Had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, agent orange, Vietnam war issues passed down to me! I also only have acne on my shoulders (SOOOO ANNOYING :mad: ) I'm pretty book smart...but have no common sense....at all.lol.

I believe I'm drinking enough water...I net about 1000 instead of 1200 but I always eat when I'm hungry! I just burned 300 through exercise and I'm kind of hungry now, so I may have a snack.

That's what I was thinking! Like, you can look at my food diary from yesterday...I burned my 300 calories through exercise and ate what seemed like a lot to me...but I still only netted about 1000 calories!

The only thing I don't get about eating more is...if I'm full...why force myself to eat more? I net around 1,000 calories..and I should probably net more...but I'm not hungry! So what do you do in that case? && If we're encouraged to eat more, why are we commended for being under our calorie goal?

Ohhhh, so they're taking into account the entire TDEE, not just the calories eaten that day! I was thinking that I was doing something wrong!

Sooo.....if yall are saying burn more than what you put in...if I eat 1200 calories a day, I should burn 1300? Wouldn't that be bad as a net calorie of -100? Maybe I'm just not comprehending... Help?
