Burning calories Through Ab Exercises

Has anyone else tried this and had success? If so, how long did it take you? If you aren't familiar, this is what it consists of: 100 Jumping Jacks 90 Crunches 80 Squats 70 Leg Lifts 60 Jumping Jacks 50 Crunches 40 Squats 30 Leg Lifts 20 Jumping Jacks Run for 10 Minutes I finished in 35 minutes last night! SO many opinions from so many people on here...
I observe all of the forums and many questions that are asked and I get a lot of tips...however, some contrast others by a LOT as I'm sure everyone that gets on this sees...What about going to a certified nutritionist or idk..doctor that specializes in weight loss to see what's best for me? Has anyone else done this?

Headaches?
Has anyone gotten headaches upon first starting their diet and exercise changes? Mine started on Friday and have been on and off...however, when I was working out, it started hurting a bit more? Did anyone else experience this? Any help will do...btw, I don't really ever get headaches.

Just was reading another post and I saw to lose weight, you're supposed to burn more than what you put in...I don't know if I'm missing something....but I just got really confused. Sooo.....if yall are saying burn more than what you put in...if I eat 1200 calories a day, I should burn 1300? Wouldn't that be bad as a net…

30 Day Shred
So I see a good amount of people who do 30DS along with some other workout...some say it's because they don't like doing the same thing over and over again...but I don't have a problem with that...with that being said...Is doing only the 30 Day Shre too little for me? Should I be doing other exercises?

Ladies with relaxers in their hair..?
Do you all just wrap your hair during exercise? Or use a sweatband? I haven't been doing either butI just put a relaxer in my hair and I don't want to sweat it out already! I've heard about the sweatband promoted by Nicole Ari Parker...can anyone attest to that working?

Why doesn't that count for calorie loss? Does strength training not help you burn calories? Just a bit confused..

Do you all only make sure that you're under calories? I always see stuff like "I'm under my calorie intake, so I'm good" but I just wanted to know it anyone takes into account all the other macros..

So...when I gained weight,

I've reached day 9 of level 1 FINALLY! but I was wondering how you know when to go to level 2? Did you feel that you could do level 1 100% without stopping? Or that you weren't out of breath? Or did you just move on after day 10? Just wanted to know if I should keep going or not...Thanks!
